a. During your visit to the web pages of shop.emthrace.org and in order to purchase items, but for securing a way of communicating with you in order to inform you on our new products, it is possible that you will be asked to state some personal data (name, work, email, birth date etc.). Any personal data submitted anywhere in the web pages of shop.emthrace.org, will be exclusively used to secure the functionality of the equivalent services and it is prohibited that this data be used by a third party without complying to Ν. 2472/97 regarding personal data security, as this may apply to each case, and as is complemented by the decisions of the President of the Comitee for Personal Data Protection, the: Π.Δ. 207/1998 and 79/2000 and article nr. 8 of Ν.2819/2000 and also European law (95/46/ΕΚ and 97/66/ΕΚ).

The electronic Shop of the Ethnological Museum of Thrace shop.emthrace.org complies to all current Greek and EU laws and regulations and securely guards your personal data during the whole period of time you may be registered in order to use any service within shop.emthrace.org. This data is eliminated if your transactional relation is terminated for any reason whatsoever. The personal data you submit to shop.emthrace.org is exclusively used by shop.emthrace.org only, in order to provide support, promote and execute within the transactional relation.
c. Data from our archives may be released to authorities after a legitimate demand in compliance to all applicable laws and regulations. The customer is given the right of information and refusal according to articles 11 to 13 of N. 2472/1997
